STEP 1
 
Abstract/Paper Submission
Submission of proposals for papers, posters, and e-posters should be completed via the Submission System. (you need to create an account with the Easy Chair system if you do not have it)
 
Attention: As we use the Easy Chair system to accept proposals, you need to create an account with the Easy Chair system if you have not used it before.
Submission of abstracts/proposals/posters/e-posters opens:  1st June 2018 
Submission of abstracts/proposals/posters/e-posters closes: 15th September 2018  30th September 2018
Notification of acceptance: by 5th October 2018
 
Evaluation of Proposals
Proposals for individual papers, posters, and colloquia will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee in terms of:
i) topic relevance;
ii) mention of topic precedents and literature review;
iii) statement of objectives;
iv) description of methodology; and
v) results, conclusions and contributions to the field.
 
 
STEP 2
 
Registration for ICTM 2018 should be completed via the On-line Registration Form  (opens 1st June 2018). 
Registration should be completed when you receive the abstract/proposal/paper acceptance
Registration and payments open: 1st July 2018
Registration deadline: 10th October 2018
Payment deadline: 10th October 2018
 
 
STEP 3
 
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
Bank transfer (the preferred method of payment within Europe: quicker and cheaper).
 
Please note that the abstract will be included in the Conference Programme only if registration and payment is completed before 10th October 2018.
By registering for the conference, you agree to have your basic information published on the official delegate list.

Terms of Registration and Cancellation
 
Registration is binding.
Only cancellations received in writing will be considered.
Please contact the secretariat at: ictm.wroclaw@gmail.com regarding all cancellations.
Refunding policy: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after 10th October 2018 nor will they be given for no-shows.
 
 
 
Accommodation
 
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
